How it works
WhenWhen is a free scheduling tool for groups. Propose a few times, share a link, and everyone votes for the times that work for them. Select the best time, and WhenWhen generates a calendar invite file.

- Propose Times. Pick a few dates and times that might work. Share the event link with the group and monitor results using the private admin link.
- Everyone Votes. Participants vote on time slots with - shown in their own timezone.
- Schedule It. Watch results live, finalize the best time, and everyone gets add-to-calendar links (Google, Outlook, .ics).

Voting stays open until you finalize the event or its last proposed time has passed.
* No limit, but you're responsible for keeping track of the admin link. "Active events" means events whose last proposed time is in the future.
